The camp will officially start at 2:00 p.m. The camp will end on the final day at 12:00 p.m. In arranging flights, you should arrive at Baltimore-Washington (BWI) airport and allow approximately one hour to get to the campus. Shuttles will be available for those of you who are flying and you will be picked up outside the baggage claim area. We will need your flight itinerary to schedule our shuttles.
All residential campers and camp staff will be housed in AIR-CONDITIONED campus dormitories. Roommates will be assigned at random unless requested in advance. Please make any requests for a roommate on the application. 24 hour supervision of the dorms will be provided by the camp staff.
For the day campers, every day each player needs to bring 2 t-shirts, indoor and outdoor soccer shoes, shin guards, and 2 pairs of socks that fit over the shin guards. Also, each participant should bring a water container filled with water so they remain properly hydrated. We will have additional water coolers available for the campers. All campers will need to have their own soccer ball for the duration of the camp session. Adidas soccer balls will be available for purchase at the camp store. The residential campers will be sent a checklist of additional equipment needs for the overnight camp.
Please note there is an administrative fee associated with every registration, and this will be non-refundable in the event you need to cancel. Please contact us in writing to email@example.com and we will review refunds on a case by case basis.
A staff of certified medical trainers is on duty at the camp at all times. A doctor is on call at the P.A. Medical Clinic, and the student health facilities are readily accessible. Because of the rigorous daily schedule, each camper should come to camp in top physical condition. The camp assumes no responsibility for accidents or illnesses. Please bring your own athletic tape if you need to be taped before playing. Our Training Staff will be on hand at check-in to answer any questions or address any concerns regarding medication or other medical issues.
If you do not have a DOTS parking permit, you may park at a meter and feed the meter. Meters are in effect until 10:00 p.m. The other option is to park in one of the four cashier attended lots on campus: Stadium Drive Garage, Union Lane Garage, Paint Branch and Colonnade Dr. Rates are posted at the entrance to each facility.
